Our sterilizer is mainly based on the principle that microbiological action of a saturated steam at an elevated temperature is fast and through. All the models work on the principle of the downward displacement of air that is the most economical method of attaining sterilization.

Construction:

• Triple walled along with a steam jacket

• Inner chamber & steam jacket is made of S.S alongwith a leak proof argon welding

• Lid is made of S.S 12 mm

• Autoclave is mounted on a tubular steel frame along with ground leveling screwed flags

Pressure Control:

The pressure control device is especially incorporated in all the electrically operated sterilizer. It saves in power consumption and also decreases the continuous opening steam release value. Along with these, it also helps in preventing the release of steam in the room.

Sterilizing Temperature	120ºC
Sterilizing Pressure	1.2 o 1.5 Kg/cm2 (15 psi- 20 psi)
